Infiniforged – Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty
Infiniforged warrants its 3D-printed automotive accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser and installed according to Infiniforged's installation guidelines and recommendations.

What Is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty. If a defect is found, Infiniforged will, at its discretion, either (a) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:

1. Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification of the product.

2. Damage due to improper installation, including incorrect fitting or use with incompatible vehicles.

3. Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches or abrasions that do not affect product performance.

4. Products that have been altered, dismantled, or repaired by anyone other than Infiniforged or an authorized representative.

Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please complete the warranty contact form below and email it to infinitoar@infiniforged.com. Proof of purchase must be included with your submission. If proof is unobtainable, Infiniforged may be able to obtain proof or choose to move forward with the warranty process without proof at their discretion.
