Bambu Labs P1S & X1C

Printed on Bambu Labs' top-tier enclosed printers — the P1S and X1C. These aren't hobbyist machines. Fully enclosed chambers maintain consistent temperature for superior layer bonding and part strength.

Print Integrity

Every part is sliced with structural priorities in mind — high wall counts, optimized infill patterns, and print orientations chosen for maximum strength in the direction that matters most for each application.

Dimensional Accuracy

Every part is measured against the OEM reference geometry. Mounting holes and snap features hold ±0.2mm tolerance for clean fitment.

The Process

CAD Design

Every part is modeled from scratch using real-world measurements taken from a donor Evo X. No scan-to-print shortcuts.

Test Print

First articles are dry-fit on the car before the design is finalized. Mounting points, clearances, and flex are all verified in person.

Production Run

Approved designs are sliced and printed in batches on industrial-style printers with enclosed chambers for consistent material properties.

04

QC & Ship

Each piece is inspected and test-fitted before packaging. Orders ship within 3–5 business days from South Carolina.
